Naturalization and British passport.

Dear All,
I have get ILR on may 16th 2013,now i want to apply for naturalization. when i apply for ilr that time i have completed ESOL life in the UK, also i have completed post graduate diploma in computer engineering under Westminster college 2009, and 2007 i have completed bsc in computer engineering under city college affiliated by American world university. unfortunately that college is close now,
i just want to know do i need to complete any other courses, also how ro apply for naturalization?

Also my wife came as a student 2009 October, when i been to discretionary leave to remain 2010 she get same like 3 years visa as my spouse, after my ILR she has get her 2 years dependant visa on October, my question is when she can apply for settlement visa?

I will be really grateful if anyone can answer me my question.

Hi sorry for late reply,i have gone through that side but still confused, i have study in this country do i need to verify through niric?
or i need to do b2?
will be grateful if u could explain me details..
