Cancelling one dependant from SET(O) premium appointment

Dear forum members,

I have booked a premium appointment for SET(O)with Croydon PEO on 21st of May with one main applicant + 3 dependants. Now one of the dependant has to apply in a different LR category.

Is it possible to cancel only one dependant from the group?

The number mentioned in the payment reference letter is 0870 606 7766. But when i called that number , a voice message has given the new number 03001232241 (This is the number you have to contact for all UK Visa & Immigration).

But as expected they didn't gave answer for my question.They said just try online for cancelling one applicant if the system allows or else cancel the whole appointment and rebook new one.So i am loosing 400 pounds (100 pounds for each applicant)

Does anyone faced similar situation???

Hello Friends

I have got confirmation from one of my friend on cancellation refund. If you cancel your premium appointment 5 working days earlier, home office will refund the 100% amount in 28 working days.
