ILR PEO Rejection

Post by ilrapplication » Wed May 07, 2014 12:41 am

Hi,

I would like to know if the CWs give decision straight away in terms of a rejection or do they defer the application for further checks.
Any thoughts/experience?

Thanks

Hi there,

Seniors, moderators and members could anybody please share any thoughts / experiences on my post?

Just wondering if PEO ILR application has been approved, do the CWs straight away reject the application or do they hold it for further action.

Thank you

It depends on each individual case.

Many thanks Amber_.

I have heard that if PEO CWs dont approve applications on the same day then they give a further inquiry letter to the applicant instead of a refusal on the same day, not sure if its correct or not.
I am asking about applicants with emp+self-emp income.

Thank you
