ICT Tier 2 dependant Visa application got refused

Hi Need some help regarding my wife's ICT Tier 2 dependant visa application from INDIA got refused. Please pardon me if this is not the correct forum.
Reason are summarized from Uk High Commission letter are as follows.
1. Evidence of dependent's stay with main applicant in UK....
2. Evidence of ring ceremony before marriage.
3. Evidence of a proper MATCH and reason of decision taken by family for the MATCH prior to marriage.
4. Genuine proof of intention to leave UK after completion period of stay.

Documents submitted are :
a) COS of my organization.
b) My salary statements
c) For UK Address proof bank statement and Bonafied letter from UK HR given.
d) Marriage certificate.
e) Her passport with new surname and my Name in it.My home address in it.

I need some help regarding documents for evidence I have to provide.
For point 1 does c does not suffice. For 3 what documents shall I provide. For 4 isn't my COS expiry date is sufficent for her too. Or any providence to apply her passport for only 6 months which will be within the range of my visa expiry or COS expiry( both are same).
Any kind of help will be appreciated
