Moroccan wants join fiance In uk

i'm from North Morocco i knew my fiance for 6 months , she s from Scotland she visited me twice in morocco and we are getting married in the summer , i have some questions to ask hope you reply me thank you
1- do u think 6 months is enough to us to get married and apply for visa
2- she has like 40.000£ in bank as savings, and her income is 10.000£ a year
3-what papers should i prepare first , should i go to pass the ket English test , because i heard it take long to receive certificate
please any advice are welcome thank you : )
