Hello guys,
I wanted to share my story of getting the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. It might be of some help to you.

Right, now the heart of the whole process. First and foremost, if you are not genuine, don't bother applying.
If you are genuine and really committed to establishing your business in the UK, then strengthen your basics. Go through the Guidance Notes a couple of times and fully understand what is applicable to you and what is not. Make a ‘to-do’ list of what you need to do, what documents you need, what documents you already have and what you still need to get?
Strength the identity of your business. If your business is real, make it appear real. Market it, promote it. Be genuine.
I applied without the help of a solicitor. It took me around 2 weeks to prepare my application pack but the actual preparation had begun months ago. During the whole time, I called Home Office a couple of times to stay updated on what's happening. That also helped me stay informed about being at home to receive the BRP and documents back. Being updated helps, all it takes is a call to Home Office. Finally, to speed up things for myself, I had enclosed a prepaid special delivery envelop with my application so that it can be returned to me via next day delivery.
If you are not sure on how to proceed with your application, there are plenty of resources online you can use. If that doesn't help, seek legal help from well qualified and reputed legal advisors. Don’t gamble with you visa application. Take it very seriously even if it costs you a bit more money.
Good Luck.
God Bless.
