EEA2 VISA - EEA to be contracted by spouse

Hello Experts!

I have to apply to get my Residence Card and below is my situation:

- My EEA family permit valid until June 4th
- My husband is German citizen without a job
- I have my own company here where I receive money enough to support our family without ask any governement help (I have a daughter she has german passport too)
- My husband is an accountant and execute all administrative activities from my company

I could contract him and to be his employer while I am applying to a VISA as spouse? Should I contract a Health Insurance too?

It might complicate the things for caseworker that EU national partner is working for her Non-EU partner's company. However, self sufficiency may work more well than that as because EU national can become self sufficient from the funds of its Non-eu national partner but private health insurance for whole family will be needed.

it will make a lot easier if your eu spouse could find job for few months .
