1.What should be the purpose of her travel? - Spending time with daughter in UK, visiting and sightseeing UK
2.What should I enter in her accommodation?she will be staying with me. - you must state where she will be living during her stay in the UK, an invitation letter from yourself would suffice. State that she will be staying with you on the letter

3.Should I attach my visa with her? Yes your visa copy (or BRP), Passport, copy, original employment / contract letter to prove your employment and salary, your UK bank statements and UK payslips (if you have this)
4. You will also need a letter from your property landlord stating that they have no problems with your mother living with you.
