TIER 4 Dependent (Previous entry as Tier-4 General)

Post by damnmad » Sun Apr 27, 2014 11:18 am

Hello there, someone please help me or suggest me regarding my application:

I've entered United Kingdom in January 2010 as Student (Tier-4) with visa valid till 21st August 2011.

Due to some reasons I've applied for student extension which has been approved by UKBA till January 2012.
But i haven't received my course results so i made another application for extension in January 2012 with in right time.

I haven't heard from UKBA till 23rd April 2012 for my bio metrics request, which was made with in right time (I assume it took long time may be because of Olympics!!)

Mean while I've received my results and also completed my graduation ceremony which has been held on 21st June, yet i haven't heard from UKBA anything.

As i don't have any other option for PSW extension (ended in April 2012) so i requested UKBA to send my documents back so that i can travel back home. I've received my documents on 9th/10th July 2012 which i don't remember but dated as 6th July 2012(which is Friday) on application with all my documents.

But I couldn't find any clue when to leave from the country (on the document I've received from them) so I've booked my flight for 31st July 2012 (blocked on 13th July 2012).

So my questions are:

Can i make an application as Tier-4 dependent with my partner?
Do i need to mention anything special in my application?
Am i legal to enter into the country?
Does 28 days window apply in my case?
Never mind!!!

You did nothing wrong and complied with immigration rules. You can make an application. You do not need to say anything in the application form unless they ask. Be truthful and you'll be fine.
