Dear gurus/members,

Can you please help me with the following:

Me (EU national) and my wife (non EU national) have a baby born in the UK. My wife has a resident permit. We want to go on holiday and it will take a while before I can apply for a Dutch passport for my son (due some admin stuff which have to be done at Afghan embassy in The Hague). If we add our son to my wives Afghan passport, do I need also need to apply for some kind of resident permit for my son as well in order to take him with us on holiday?

Has anyone been in the same situation?
