Hello.
I need clarification on a matter.
I recently graduate from Uni and my school recently got the license for the Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneurship Visa and they are willing to issue me with an acceptance letter. The only issue is i had no idea i had to have £900 in my account for 90 days.
My Visa expires by the end of this month. My question is this:
- Can i apply for a spouse visa and then vary my application to the Tier 1 graduate entrepreneurship visa? I am currently married in the UK but my wife and i won't meet the required financial requirement. And since there is a current hold on all spouse applications made in the UK until a final judicial review on the UKBA's financial requirement, i am thinking if i can apply for this visa and while time is been taken to decide then my £900 would have been in my account for 3 months, then i can vary it to the Tier 1 visa.
Does anyone know if this would work out fine? If yes, what are the procedures for varying a Visa application? I can't find it anywhere on the UKBA website.
Thanks in advance.
