Regarding funds after refusal

Dear all,
Can any body help me that as i my application was refused in february , and appeal is on september shall i send my all funds 200k back to home country.

Refusal is on immigration history base

All points are awarded except that.

Please advice

No Deception but breach of visa condition

Hi

But I work under my visa condition for 20 hrs and the director of the company also wrote that letter for me which I also submit for my appeal evidence and work permit holder also aware of that .

At same level and profession also which is allowed .
