Tier 1 ILR qualification after Tier 1 visa

Hi Guys I have got My first ILR in 2009.

After that I did my additional masters in design from UK University.

Now I am applying for ILR. Is it ok to put Qualification of UK received in 2012 for claiming masters point this time. It seems easier as it gives me English language point as well!

I wanted to know if it was ok to claim points for the degree taken after the first Tier 1 General application instead of claiming for the same degree.

May i know why u want to apply for ilr again when u already have it
