Partner Visa (Marriage)

Post by syed_ILR » Tue May 13, 2014 12:01 pm

Hi
I am sending my documents to my wife in India to apply for the spouse visa.
I have a question regarding my bank statement. I get my salary credited in my bank account and then I transfer it to my other account in a day or two.

I am just sending the bank statement of the first account with the salary slips and all the other proofs like letter of employer and stuff.

As per my understanding they just want to see that my salary is coming in the account. Is that true?

WIth regard to bank statements only, that is fine. Please look at the guidance for details of the complete list of requirements

yeah everything else is fine.

I am just submitting one page of the bank statement where it shows my salary credited. Was just wondering if they will look other transactions. But yeah in my past visas I have just included a single page for each month.

Thanks.

How and on what you spend your income is not relevant. You just have to prove that the salary has been garnered over the previous six months or more.
