tier 1 to ILR settlement

hi everyone

i have a doubt regarding applying for the settlement application in UK.
i am currently on TIER 1(general migrant) category
date of entry clearance 25.05.2009
date entered UK 28.05.2009
application date for the settlement is on 27.05.2014. i was wondering if this is going to be a problem for continuous long residence of 5 years as i have entered UK only on 28.05.2009 .
can someone clarify on this issue please

You can apply from 28 days before 25.05.2014.
