Bristish National never traveled to UK and have Kids

I am sure you can help me in the following question.

My father in law was british since 1975 and he never brought his family to UK. By the time my wife and her sibblings born in Pakistan...my father in law was British.

Now my sister in law sho is in Pakistan never claimed her Nationality but 3 years before and she received her British Passport in Pakistan stright away.

The question is she can not travel in UK with out her 2 children. Can you please let me know that how her children can travel with her and what visa they need to apply in Pakistan before travel?

As this is not a usual pratice so could not get exect answer from solicitors.

Is she solely responsible for the children? Has she ever resided in the UK?

No she has her huband who is in Kuwait but does not want to travel with her at the moment for Job purpose.

Then for the children to be given EC, they'd need to show:

(f) one parent or a relative is present and settled in the United Kingdom or being admitted on the same occasion for settlement and there are serious and compelling family or other considerations which make exclusion of the child undesirable and suitable arrangements have been made for the child's care

But if the other parent was coming to the UK to settle then EC under:

(c) one parent is present and settled in the United Kingdom and the other is being admitted on the same occasion for settlement

If both parents lived in the UK for 3 years, the children may be Registered as British.

Perhaps the children visiting the UK?

What entry clearance form childern have to complete and what they will be given indefinate leave to remain ... many thanks for your help.

If they satisfy the rules below they may be given ILE under 287(i)(f) or leave in line with the Father under (c).
