My hearing date for first tribunal is in august. I just want to know what if I loose what is the next step in detail?

Will I still get chance to appeal or make fresh application? What happens if I loose in my first hearing case?

right.. I get it now

in case if you loose you appeal (you should not loose hope anyway) you will have couple of options one of them will be to apply for the permission to appeal to upper tribunal while second will be, making a fresh application. making a fresh application if you do not consider this option at the 1st place(once 1st tribunal dismiss you appeal) you will still have the option to make a fresh application if permission to appeal in upper tribunal is declined if declined.
