English language test for flr(fp)

Post by Shondra Sharma » Thu May 15, 2014 12:11 am

Applying for a parent of a british child under 10 year route, does it needs a English A1 language test? Some of the friends and solicitors told me yes need a English language test for this kind of application, but I check in the forum they written if you applying 5 year route on a parent of a british child, then you need to pass a1 English language test. I have confusion, please could guide me which is right?

No, as I believe the ELR is for those on 5 year Parent route.
