List of documents for sponsoring family visitor

Hi, I currently am on Tier 1 Entreprenuer visa. I wanted to know if someone can guide me on what documents are required to invite a family member (mother) from Pakistan. My mother has visited the UK in 2010 and this will be second visit.

Family visitor is fairly difficult to acquire as they always believe person would never leave if family is in UK. Your mother have to show significant reason to prove that she would go back.

Visitor/Tourist visa is fairly easy as the person is supporting themselves and do not rely on anyone.
