Family Visitor`s Refused for my mother in law

Hi Experts

I had sponsored my mother in law for family visitors visa from Pakistan which was refused on 7th of April 2014 and we received that refusal letter on 8th of May 2014 but no documents received or any appeal letter.

Visa was refused due to family ties in Pakistan as ECO was not satisfied that she will return back to home country after the visit 41 (I)(ii)and it also say in the refusal letter that your right of appeal is limited to the grounds referred to in section 84(1)(c) of the nationality.Immigration and asylum act 2002.

My questions and concerns are below

1 -should I appeal against this decision as I can prove that she is a genuine visitor and will go back , if yes then what is the procedure for it as we haven't received any appeal documents or is it too late now.

2- I submitted some original documents of my employment and some other documents which I need it how can I get my original documents?? they should have returned over original documents , please correct me if I am wrong .

3- because I was main sponsor I showed everything from here in UK as she is a house wife so I didn't submit any documents related to her which shows that she has a family in Pakistan and she has assests in Pakistan.

4- also I think ECO has taken it in different/wrong way as ECO mentioned IN THE REFUSAL LETTER you have states that you have no studies, employment,income,proprty or savings of your own and that you are full reliant on your husband, however you have provided no evidence of your husbands personal and financial circumstance as a result I am not satisfied.

but we have never said in the form that she doesnt have savings or property in Pakistan but in the cover letter she mentioned that she is a housewife and her main sponsor is me and I provided my financial/personal things.

what should I do ??? should I reapply for her and put everything in cover letter for her and explain why we didn't submit evidence at first place.

There are no general appeal rights for visit visa refusals. That is why no paperwork was included.
