& wanted to ask how exactly would I email my determination letter to islamabad?
Can someone pls explain how u do it..
I emailed islamabad and they just sent back a standard reply explaining the appeal process to me :l

You should get ur mp to message home office if they have sent your determination letter to islamabad

Its really hard to get them to move your court date forward
my court date was set 5 months away
I just had my hearing in February
Its been 2 months since my hearing and i am still waiting for the Judges decision!!!
My advise is just reapply
I wish i did
But its already been over 1 year for me and i've had my hearing
Now i might aswell just wait for the outcome

There is sooooo much delays right now in courts

My brother in law has his appeal hearing on 23/04/2014.

His wife was refused spouse visa.

Any ideas how long it will take to get visa after hearing done infrônt of judge !!!

Refused and appealed 6 times
Judge took our side on 30112013
Received calling letter on 30 march 2014
Sumitted passport on 1 april 2014
Just waiting for passport with visa stamp to be returned

Inshallah all goes well asi have been waiting over 5years and have a 2yr baby so needs her dad

Thank you for your e-mail of 16 April 2014, asking for the progress of Mr *** allowed appeal.

We received his Allowed Appeal Determination from POU on 10 April 2014 and it is yet to be processed further by the manager. Applicant  will be contacted by this office in due course so that his case can be concluded. Your patience in this regard is highly appreciated.

I apologise that precise timeframe cannot be given at this stage.

VISA STAMPED : 01 MAY 2014.
PASSPORT received by reg post : 11 MAY 2014.

My husband submitted his passport on 1st april 14 and still no call for collection yet. I was told it can take up to12 weeks for visa to be stamped on passport

He sumitted in lahore. His was fine manually as his was aappeal case. He did not get taking number

Inshallah I hope so as wellas is been 7 years for me going through 5 appeals and eventually judgr took out side. He got desision and letters to hand in passport to gerrys on March 28 he summit ed his passport and all info required. So hopefully it all goes well. There is no fee. But I found it quite strange it was sumitted manually as they did it wasappeal case. Thought it was done electronically. He needs to come to ukquick as I havea 2yr baby who needs a dad lol
