UK citizen marrying non EU in Italy

Hi there before I was planning to apply my fiancé visa under UK rules. Is there any chance we can apply under EU law and after marriage can she get family permit in Italy if we wish to stay there.? That's the plan if we don't get UK visa I will move to Italy to join her

The EU route to settle in the UK under Surinder Singh rule has become much tougher. You would need to show that you have moved 'the centre of your life' to Italy and be working/living there for some considerable time. A brief period is no longer acceptable.

and its not an easy thing to relocate to another eu state for long time as language barrier exist and finding job is not very easy.
