I have been in UK on Tier 2 Gen for about an year now. I'm due my annual appraisal this month, and it is likely that my pay will increase.
Is there a requirement to notify/update this change in the Sponsor Management System?
I know that a nominal pay raise is permissible, and thus not require the need to notify.
However, what if the pay-rise is significant? Lets say, 20-30% [Not that this will definitely be the case, but well, as they say, Hope floats..

Will appreciate if someone can share their experience/thoughts on this.
