Need advice on Spouse and Child

Hi Guys

I will be applying for ILR end of this year so thought to start preparing now. Really appreciate your help.

I am on Tier 1 (General) since 2008. My wife and kids are Tier 1 Dependent. I satisfy all the criteria for PR but my doubts are about my wife and kids.

My wife is been with me since 2008 but in and out of the country. Since 2008 she went to India twice for the delivery of baby. First time she went on 28 Oct 2010 till 23 Jan 2012 and then for second baby 1 aug 2013 and will be coming next month.
My first baby was in uk from 23 Jan 2012 until 9 Aug 2013 and since then he is with my Mrs. Second baby will be arriving first time.

I am not sure my wife's absence will be considered as Maternity support? Can some please advice me what should I do here?
