Advice Needed for Tier2 ILR

Hi ,

I Need valuable advices for going to ILR.

Year -1 24/09/2009 22/08/2010
Year -2 ( 1st Entry ) 03/01/2011 14/02/2011 ( absent until 02/01/2011 )
Year -2 ( 2nd Entry ) 24/10/2011 04/02/2011 ( Absent until 23/10/2011 )
year -3 ( 1st Entry ) 24/10/2011 03/09/2012 ( No Major absents only short trips )

Extension is done in 2012 and visa is valid until 30, August, 2014 .

I have 8 months break in continuity for ILR in year2. After going through forums there are points where it mentions that I can apply for ILR provided, I am working for UK client and working for same employer during the absent. Can experts provide suggesions if my understanding is correct? Am I eligible for ILR? if yes when can I apply by latest?
