Change of Name in Indian Passport

Hi,

I was wondering what is the best procedure for change of name on an Indian Passport. I need to apply for this from the UK.

The surname has been a big problem on my passport as it reflects my Dad's full name. I would like to change it.

But the issue is that I have valid visas (UK, USA, South Africa, Schengan, Emirates..) on my passport. How will I be able to change them? or do I have to?
