Documents required for spouse of british citizen

Hi,
I have taken oath for naturalization on 7th May 2014 and applied for british passport..my wife's ILR is due this june..plz let me know what documents are needed for her ILR..we dont have any joint accounts but do have statements on same address..how many months payslips and bank statements is needed?..is there one day service available for spouse visa? thnx

Was your spouse a PBS dep or FLR(M)/spouse leave to enter applicant?

hi amber,
she bacame pbs dependant on 1st june 2012..then became ILR dependant in dec 2012..

Assuming she completed FLR(M) and was granted leave for 2 years, she can apply for SET(M) from 28 days before June 2014. B1 English and LIUK required.

3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements and one joint letter or a letter each for every 4 months of the last 2 years from a total of at least 3 different sources.

she has done her masters from UK..does she need english language b1?

A UK Master's will suffice B1 English in addition to LIUK.
