Visa while you wait for a divorce

Hello, Can anyone tell me if there is a visa category to switch from student visa to while waiting for the divorce to come through?

I can see that to be a fiancee or spouse you need decree absolute, which we don't have yet but will have in 4 weeks. but my visa runs out in 2 weeks.

Perhaps FLR(FP) then vary to FLR(M) when eligible?
