dear senior member of this forums
i have a question regarding the appeal rights in the new immigration rules
i am going to apply in august for a long residence and was told by my solicitor who i saw in april when the rules were not out that i might get refused and then take the application to judicial review and to court.
i assume according to new rules i can only apply for administrative review. what i don't understand is that if the administrative review is refused do we still have right to go to court or JR or not or is that the end
i hope you guys can help me understand it much better
kind regards
