hi tehre

my Tier 2 ICT long-term staff visa is issued Aug 2012, i want to change employers and this requires me to switch into Tier 2 General? I was told thsi is not possible as subject to the 1 year cooling period

what's the case for high earners making more then £153k? is this possible for people who make total comp £153k to avoid the cooling period, and apply for change of visa in the UK? if so, does bonus count towards this £153k?

please let me know thank you
