Visa for dependants of ILR

Hi,

I got the ILR on 9th May, My wife and kid was in UK till Jan 2014, Both went back to India both were on Tier2 General dependent visa that is valid till Dec 2015,

My question is does their Tier2 dependent visa will be valid to come back again, ther are planning to come back in Oct 2014. If not then what visa I should apply for them and how much time it will take

I got the 2nd baby on 15Th may in India, what visa I should apply for the 2nd Kid and the details

Can some one help on urgent basis

Yes, assuming your were settled as a PBS applicant. The child born abroad should be granted EC in line with the Mother. The other child, if born in the UK, may register as British now.

Hi My child is born in India, and my wife and both kids are in India. My wife and one kid is having Tier2 dependent visa till 2015, But my question is I got the ILR on may 9th, So whether my wife and Kid dependent visa will be valid or do i need to apply new visa for them

And what about my 2nd kid, which visa i should apply for them

Their leave will continue to be valid assuming you settled as a PBS applicant.

Thanks for reply, I was on Tier 2 till may, But after May 9th I got the ILR, So whether my wife Tier2 dependent visa will be expering in Dec 2015 will be valid ? or do i need to apply ILR dependent visa

you apply for the new baby under article 319(h) of part 8 of immigration rules I think, read it.
she will have EC as a PBS dependant for whatever length of time as your wife-s present tier2 visa.
it may not be called tier 2 dependant but the meaning will be the same
