T1 Entrepreneur VISA refused... reasons

Hi guys,
we applied as a team.
my application has been refused on following reasons;

they refused my application bcoz i did not sign any contract with my brother who is willing to help and support me and my business.
the executive summary of business plan can easily be downloaded from bplan.com which we did not even visit.
the services are copies from xyz.com which i think can resemble with any network solution providing companies.
the website which we own they stated is not urs bcoz the again the services mentioned are copied frm xyz.com which again could resemble with any xyz company and i own the website.
the market research is not done well they said there 150 companies working in my area and i said there are many companies working but in our local area there are 3-4 which can be considered as our competitors and most of them are repairing computers and laptops and selling mobile phone accessories which is below NQF 4 so they are not our competitors and even we explained them in the interview
that if yell.com finds 150 companies it doesnt mean that they all are our competitors for example if we search computer network services it sometime shows 70 some 150 or 170 actually it will match and pick every company matching words computer , network and services it alsoo shows the money exchange services.
