Spouse visa from india

Post by Sunnyji » Thu May 22, 2014 5:31 am

Hi , i had applied spouse visa from india in july last year and still my application is on hold due to 18600 judicial decision as the ukba think that my wife doesnot earn 18600 . Ukba sent me the email 8th december 2013 stating my application been put on hold as my wife income doesnot meet the criteria and if i have further document to support that my wife meet the income threshold then send them to us within 14 days . I sent the accountant letter and all my wife payslips and bank statement again as she earns 18600 and meets the criteria but after that i never heard anything from ukba . I sent emails to the british high commission and vfs but no reply from them . Everytime i call they say it is under process . I dont know what to do . Its been more than one year but no reply from them . Please somebody help me what to do . Thanks

Ask your MP to contact them on your behalf. In December by the way, official statistics showed that 3,000 applications were on hold due to the finance issue. That figure will have increased significantly.

Is she salaried or self-employed?

Accountant letters just stating that she takes monthly salary of 1550 and if you multiply by 12 =18600 . So it proved she has an income of 18600 .
