hi
i have a very important query, and thats related to my brother.

My brother who is 16 came to UK on a visitors visa with my parents and he overstayed his visa because my parents has to go through surgery through private doctor, while in the UK he got admission in the school , he is doing his sixth form.Now he does not want to go back, can he make an application for student visa here in the UK? or can he apply for FLR (O) as his education will get effected if he leaves UK. How do we regularise his stay in the uk?

parents on visitors visa. and grand mother is a British national living in the UK she is retired, also our other sister is studying PHD in the UK and im on work permit can he be our dependent?
