Travelling to India while on Tier2 general visa

Hi currently I am on Tier2 general visa(that expires on aug2017) and I am planning to go to India for my marriage from 29/7/2014 and returning back to my work in uk on 31/08/2014..As my length of stay in India is more than 28 days ie around 32 days..Could any one please let me know that what kind of documents do I need from my employer to stay in india for more than 28 days..

To re-enter UK, no document is required at Border Control. You are eligible to leave and enter as many times you want to, untill the date you visa is valid.
