ILR Success PEO Croydon 19th May

Post by prelude » Thu May 22, 2014 9:31 pm

Hi All,

A big thank you for all the members especially the GURUs, for clarifying and giving confidence for my ILR application.

My experience given below

Visa : Tier 2 ICT issued on 11 Jun 2009 + Tier 2 General (switched on 2013)
Entered UK on 1st Aug 2009.

Documents given...

Set O Form
12 month payslips
12 month bank statements
Support letter from current employer
Experience letter from previous employer
Absence letter from previous employer (around 120 days total in 5 years, no absence with current employer)
Life in UK
Original Masters Degree Certificate
2 Tier1 PBS Assessment Summary pages printout (Qualification page showing 35 points and 10 points for English)

It was a busy day, Went in @ 1:35 PM, took around 1 hour for Token, Regn and Biometrics and 1.5 hrs for processing.
No questions asked :-)

Few things to note...

1) I applied 23 days before initial Visa stamp date since I first entered UK with in 90 days of stamp date although current visa is valid for 2 more years.

2) I had 2 entry clearances in qualifying period with a gap of 85 days (spent in India). Second clearance was issued while the first clearance was still valid. The absence letter covered this gap and confirmed that i was paid in UK in the gap period.
