SOC Code and Salary

Hi All,

I applied for my T2G Visa under SOC Code 2132.
This has now been split into 3 other SOC Codes (2135, 2136 and 2139).

I'm will soon be extending my T2G VISA.

I will be applying under SOC Code 2139.

Based on this document;

Questions:
1 - Are the salary allocations based on 39hr working week?
2 - If yes, Experienced Salary for SOC Code 2139 is £27,000, how can I calculate this to show 37.5hrs
3 - My previous CoS specified 37.5hrs. Is my employer allowed to specify 37.5hrs in the new CoS and use the salary calculation from question 2?

2. for a 37.5 hour working week the min. salary is: £27,000 x 37.5/39 = £25,962
3. the hours in the new CoS needn't be the same as in the previous CoS
