Foregin Health Insurance card

HI

I have a question regarding Health Insurance Card.

It is know that the card is accepted as a proof of CSI if it was issued by other EU country. In Poland in most cases the cards are issued for 6 months. They have only expiry date printed on so how will the caseworker know that the card was issued 6 months ago now 5 years ago?
