Questions on qualifying to apply of ILR Set (O)?

I have doubts on when is the earliest date I will qualify to apply of ILR Set (O)?

My work permit (T2) visa was obtained in 15 July 2009, whilst I was still in UK. However my employment started on Sept 2009. I believe I could apply for ILR from 17 June 2014 and this is earliest date according 28 days window (before date my visa was obtained).

Question 1) Will this gap of 2 months between date my visa obtained and my employment start be of a concern on the ILR qualifying period of 5 Years, when applying for ILR in June this year?
