Hello every one
Pls I need some info as I'm getting married soon and would like to know best and quakes way of getting my partner with me

Is it possible to apply for family visit visa then exchange it to satlment visa when she is in d uk
As I have heard this is possible
Can I apply for partner visa ,fiancé .....
I'm British citizen live and work her
I have no prob with finance issue as my wages are over 28000 a year
Pls just would like to know if it is possible to get a visa the switch it to the satlment when in the uk

You need to apply for a Spouse settlement visa from her country of residence (if married) or a fiance visa if you intend to marry in the UK.
(Casa, not CR001)
