I got my tier 2 general visa from 25th of February 2014 for three years, as per my CoS statement my joining date was 1st of April 2014, I joined my job on due date but unfortunately I have to resign on 22nd April 2014 from post but my sponsor reported the UKBA on the following day however UKBA curtailed my visa from 23rd of MAY 2014 and served me a 60days notice period which will expire on 27th of July 2014 but allowed me an opportunity for fresh application or leave the country. Meanwhile I got my new sponsor and hopeful I will apply next month 20th of June 2014 after completion of RLMT (resident labour market test). I have some question for you would be appreciated if you kindly explain me and help me to make a right decision please.
1) If my new application is not successful do I have a right to appeal opportunity for fresh application or against the decision?

1) If my new application’s outcome comes to me after 60days notice period and the result is unsuccessful but provide me an appeal opportunity so in that case my 10 years continuation will be broken.

3) As my present visa is curtailed and I have now 60 days time condition but I want to apply for SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence now. Can I apply for this? Although SIA is report to home office and in order to have a licence person must have right to work in the UK at least one hour entitle is enough.
