I am confused now.

Please give your advice:

My T1 Ent was refused on 18 February 2014 with appeal right and I appealed. I sent my appeal bundle with appeal form to Tribunal .

On 25 March 2014 I received a letter from Tribunal stated that my appeal has been scheduled for 12 October 2014 and they also instructed me that I should send my bundle to home office within 3 weeks of the tribunal letter which I did.

17 April 2014 I received a Letter from home office that secretary of state has decided to withdraw her decision and the appeal schedule for 12 October has been vacated and 3 days later Tribunal returned my bundle stated that home office has withdrawn her decision.

But on 19 May 2014 I received appeal bundle from home office referring to the same appeal date.

My question is that. Is this a lack of proper communication between home office staff or they still want to go to court.

If they reinstate the appeal. will I get a letter from tribunal to inform me or not.

Pleas what do you think about this satiation. I have called home office and the guy I spoke to asked me to write a letter to Croydon where appeal bundle comes from

same happened in my case. dont worry yr appeal is withdrawn. its because the bundle is prepared by case working unit not by presenting officer. so by the time u got the bundle from the case working unit appeal was withdrawn. now home office will make a new decision on your case.
