Non-Eu Travelling Extensively Netherlands/Europe for Affairs

Hello,

one of my employee is travelling a lot (roughly half the time) to the Netherlands and rest of Europe. He is going there for Business.

He is mostly going to the Netherlands but also travelling in the rest of Europe

We would like to gather some information to know if we need to obtain him a work/business visa. We do not know yet what kind of visa we need to obtain him and if it as to be with a residence or not. We have an office in the Netherlands where we could transfer him to, but would definitely prefer to keep his Canadian Residency.
