Apply for tier4 dependent(currently with Tier2 ICT ST)

Hi ,
My Wife is planning to do a PostGraduation course in one of the UK Universities . She currently has a Tier 2 ICT ST dependent VISA which is about to expire in July 2014. I believe she can apply for a Tier 4 Student VISA from India provided she gets an admission in UK university/college.

In this situation can I (currently with ICT Tier2 ST expiring in July 2014) apply for a Tier 4 dependent VISA along with my wife together? I am aware that I have to resign from the current employer .What are the other documents/certificates/requirements that I have to produce while going for VISA stamping . As I have already worked in UK for an year with ICT Tier 2 VISA what are the possibilities that I get the dependent VISA stamped.
