Spouse Visa Indian

Hi all

I am a british born citizen who recently married an Indian girl. If anyone could please help me with regards to the following questions I would greatly appreciate it :

1. Does anyone know of an approved English test centre in Delhi which gives fast results and certificates ? The british council seem to only hold english tests once every 3 -4 months in Delhi

2. Do the supporting documents I submit for my wife's visa application have to be originals? Surely the visa service do not expect originals of the deed of the house, past payslips and passport etc ?

3. Does our marriage certificate need to be Apostilled in Inida ? It has been registered in court and we have the original certificate
