AN Form Query

Hi,
I am applying for naturalisation on 6th June (based on 1 year work permit +4 years Tier 1(G) visa and 1 year ILR), I am filling out AN form and have queries. Please help me out some queries about it.

I am working as limited company since January and before that I was working as PAYE. AN form asks for submitting ‘most recent HM Revenue and Custom Self Assessment Statement of Account’, which I have not got it for this year. I am wondering if I could submit following instead

1. P60 from immediate previous employer
2.P45 from my immediate previous employer
3. Letter from my accountant stating my salary payments to date and clarification as to why I am not submitting 'statement of account'?!

i believe what you will include should be sufficient. in page 15 in the AN form, add that you are currently self employed and and your "Self assessment " has not been received or issued yet.
HO will have your NIN and if they want to check your tax & NI contribution, they will. so do not get panicked over it and it should be fine.
just for your information, employment is not part of the naturalisation application but HO needs to know that during your residence you have been a " good resident"
