Tier 2 ICT to another Tier 2 ICT (change employer)

Hi,

I am working in company A in UK under Tier 2 ICT. Can I quit my job and join company B in Home country and immediately transfer back to UK under another Tier 2 ICT?

I know there is a cooling off period if tier 2 ICT visa is changed to tier 2 General. But not sure about ICT to a new ICT.

you would have to work for company B outside the UK for at least 12 months before you become eligible for transfer to their UK branch as T2 ICT long or short term staff
