Hi,

Could you please shed some light on this issue.I have a cousin who married to a Croatian national a year ago in India and they both lived in India for about 10 months and my cousins wife who is Croatian(EU) went back to Croatia to give a birth to their first child.Now they have a 1 month old child.Both are not working at the moment, my cousin still lives in India
Now my query no 1.is what type of visa should he apply to visit his wife and newly born baby in Croatia ?
2.Again what kind of visa should he have to come to U.K in order to work and live in U.K ? since he is now non EU family member.

It would be appreciated if you could answer those questions please.
