FLR (M), FLR (FP) or Tier 1 (Dependent) ?

Post by laitun » Sun Jun 01, 2014 11:31 pm

Hi,

My name is Lai. I was wondering if you can help me with my visa application form question.

I am currently on Tier 1 (Dependent) 2 years visa which will be expiring soon. My husband was on Tier 1 visa and he's recently got ILR. Now I have to extend my visa in the UK but I am really confused with all different forms.

I looked at the FLR (M) but its guidance says I can't use it 'As the partner of a person granted indefinite leave to remain in a work route'.

FLR (FP) is 10 years route.

And this link suggests 'I need to extend as Tier 1 (Dependent)' https://www.gov.uk/remain-in-uk-family/exceptions But my husband is not on Tier 1 (General) any more.

Could you please advise which form I need to use?

Thank you in advance.

Lai
