Tier 2 ict can study?

Hello,
I am currently on tier 2 ICT visa valid till 2017. I am looking for a way to transfer to Tier 2 general. 1) can I study a course while working on tier 2 ict?
2) on completion of the course do I become eligible for searching tier 2 sponsored job? I mean due to studying in uk do I have same job eligibility rights as that of a tier 4 visa holder?

You have to have a Tier-4 visa for a full-time study that'll allow you to switch into Tier-2 general after the study period, provided you get a job & CoS from any UK employer at that time. With Tier 2 ICT, you can undertake only part-time courses and that won't allow to get into tier-2 general without cooling off. To move from tier-2 ICT (entry after 06 april 2011) to tier-2 general, you've to have 12 months cooling off period.
